User Content Policy

This policy governs any content you submit to GO2CUP — including comments, reviews, tips, questions, form submissions, messages, photos, videos, or other user-generated material.

License You Grant Us

By submitting content to GO2CUP, you grant MainEntry LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with operating and promoting GO2CUP.

Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content complies with all applicable laws

Prohibited Content

• Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive content
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Content promoting illegal activity
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
• Content impersonating MainEntry LLC, GO2CUP, or any person
• Confidential, sensitive, private, medical, legal, immigration, financial, or emergency information in public posts

Moderation & Removal

MainEntry LLC reserves the right — but not the obligation — to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at any time for any reason, including violation of this policy, Community Rules, or applicable law.

No Compensation

You are not entitled to compensation for content you submit to GO2CUP unless a separate written agreement exists.
